Pancho's is a mexican restaurant in Observatory. It's always packed with people having a great time. The food is amazing, and their famous frozen margarita's are delicious. Their Chili Poppers are unforgettable. Pancho's is incredibly inexpensive, considering the massive portions of food that you receive. Definitely worth a visit. But remember to book in advance.
