A Lakeside locals’ favourite for good reason. Sostanza’s coffees, homemade breads and pastries, robust deli meals, and other flavourful foods from this café-bakery, are excellent. All to be enjoyed in an intimate courtyard protected from the elements, complemented by attentive easy-going service with a smile and a friendly chat.

Hi there! Frank [my husband] & I have not been to yr coffee shop, I only discovered it by accident on Saturday & immediately thought it a lovely place!!! We have moved to Evergreen Retirement Village, off Sunrise circle in Muizenberg. We will soon come for coffee!! Regards. Carole
